This is Tom. He is a 43-year-old St. Petersburg man who was taking a stroll through downtown with his shirt off. As you can see, he has a love for tattoos. He said he has more than 35 tattoos that go from his calves up to his shoulders. His personal favorite: "Quit Clowning." He isn't the one to get tattoos solely for sentiment.
"Sometimes I just get what feels right at the time," he said. "It's about me, and nobody else. I am the one who wakes up to see them every morning, so why do I care what other people think of them?"
Future tattoos, he isn't sure of when he will get one, but he wants to add to his canvas of a body.
